Commercial & Hospitality Millwork
Alongside our residential work, BUILT fabricates millwork for restaurants, hospitality, offices and medical suites across Tampa Bay. Commercial projects run on tighter schedules, more trades and more inspections, and they get more daily use than any house. We engineer for all of that from the first shop drawing.

Shop drawings and submittals produced in-house by our engineering team, with revisions tracked through approval.
Finish samples for approval before production.
Scheduling built around the job. Production is sequenced to your construction schedule, not ours.
Our own install crews, coordinated with the GC and other trades, through punch list.
